@ellen_b You can add this code in Website > Pages > Website Tools > Custom CSS 

@media screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.collection-type-blog-alternating-side-by-side .blog-alternating-side-by-side .blog-item-text {
    width: 100% !important;
}
}
