Draggable Images JUST within one section of site

I've played around with code to make the content in Personal + Play section draggable. Problem is I want to keep the confined to just that area section.

Is this possible?

Something like here https://www.zaha-hadid.com/ where select images can be dragged around. I want to do the same with images but kept within one section of my website, so images can be repositioned but not outside of that section/container.
