Google Workspace Journaling

HELP!

I am at my wits' end. Neither Squarespace nor Google has a phone number. Thanks. That's fantastic. I'm moving on.

My compliance office demands I add a journaling address to my Gmail account.  I have been told I need to upgrade from Google Workspace to Google Enterprise.  Google won't let me upgrade to Enterprise because I bought it through Squarespace.  I can not get ahold of anyone at Squarespace to do so.  I have attempted the chat feature more times than I can count and emailed them a dozen times.  No luck.    

I fear I must cancel my website, email, and DBA.  Can anyone give me any advice?  

@PerVitamWP Log into the back of your website... click the gear icon in the bottom left to go to Settings -> Domains & Email -> Google Workspace then click the Upgrade button in the middle. (or click Change next to the plan you're currently on to see the other plans)
