Website and Email down

I transferred my domain to a duplicate version of my website that I was editing. Now the website has been down for several days and my email address is not receiving any emails either.

When i open my website i receive this message "This site can’t be reached. Check if there is a typo in www.axisimmersive.co.uk.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN". I contacted Namecheap, my domain host, and they said "axisimmersive.co.uk is pointed to connect1.squarespacedns.com. connect2.squarespacedns.com. nameservers. Therefore, you should contact Squarespace to help you with the DNS setup. You can also tell them that your domain does not have any DNS zone at the moment, they should help you create one as well."

Namecheap also said "You can use this guide as well: https://support.google.com/a/answer/174125?hl=en , you can show it to the Squarespace support team."

Please can someone help? I have contacted the Squarespace live chat multiple times over the last week but have been told nobody is able to help me over the chat, and that i will receive a response over email, but my email is down! I provided a different email for them to contact me but I have not received any communication. This is significantly affecting my livelihood so I'm in a bit of a nightmare right now. Thank you in advance for your help.

Your site came up for me. I had to force Chrome to go to it the first time, but now it opens immediately.
