How to decrease the spacing between two sections

To reduce the margin above the line block you can add this code to Custom CSS.

#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1720761352459_105429 {
    margin-top: -12vh;
}

12 or 14 vertical height looks about right to me, but you can change this number. It may also need to be different for the mobile version of your site. The Squarespace ID Finder (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/squarespace-id-finder/igjamfnifnkmecjidfbdipieoaeghcff) is helpful if you want to do this for other blocks.
