I want to delete the site connected to my domain but there's not other options only X Button and Get Started
X Button goes back to previous page, and Get Started button creates new website

I want to delete the website connected to my domain.

Hi @raquezha, thank you for posting here!

The expired site can be deleted once it is no longer linked to your domain. You can either move the domain to a different Squarespace site or you can park the domain. For more information, see our guides:

Deleting your site and its content - Before you delete your entire site

Moving a Squarespace domain between sites

Managing a parked domain - Park a domain

I hope this helps! Feel free to contact our Customer Support team with any additional questions or concerns you may have:

that's the problem I cannot unlink the site it won't let me so I cannot delete the site. Again there's only two options
1. X button - redirects to previous site
2. Get Started Button - creates new website and redirects to it.

Now how should I go to my expired site config?

????????? It's been days support it now contacting me wtf

Did your trial expire recently? If so you may have received an email with an offer to extend your trial for a bit more. Use the link in that email to extend the trial. If it works you should be able to access more options on the site.

Let us know how it goes.

What was the outcome of this thread?

I am stuck in the same boat.

I need to delete a Google workspace account (resold by Squarespace) that is attached to a domain which is attached to a website.

from what I’ve understood I need to tackle the website first, then the domain, then I can stop the Google workspace subscription.

but when I try to access anything related to the website in question (permission, billing, settings) it send me straight to “your website trial has extended” which only the option to create a new website or “X (go back)”

stuck in a loop!!

If you didn't get the email to extend your site you can try the extend URL < https://your-builtin-site.squarespace.com/config/extendtrial >. Change your-builtin-site to whatever your built in sub-domain is. If you've let things go to long this may not work.
