sandequ Posted July 10 Posted July 10 (edited) My domain disappeared from my list and now I have two open tickets and the only response that I have received is "Sorry we are really busy" and "You forum post has been removed and turned in to a ticket". Below are the order of events, any help would be greatly appreciated. I opened case #10357331 on Jul06 because, for some odd reason, I was listed as the domain manager AND the domain owner. So, when I removed myself as the domain manager, not the owner (it can't be removed), and the entire domain disappeared from my domains list. I posted a question to this forum to see if anyone else has experienced this and my post was removed and another ticket (10358959) was opened. Does anyone know what is going on or how I can retrieve my domain? Edited July 10 by sandequ Misspellings

In this case, it sounds like the account listed as the domain owner has the same name as the account you’re logged into, making it look like one account has two sets of permissions.
