There is a problem with SSL and my website, TriumphHomesLLC.com, SSL Unavailable. I have scoured the forums and tried every solution I could find. Still SSL is Unavailable. This has been going on for newly 2 weeks. Yes, I've waited 72 hrs...and waited 72 hrs again, and again. And still, SSL unavailable.  Does anyone have a solution? See screenshots?

Im having the EXACT SAME ISSUE. WTF dude. This is awful. Squarespace is a complete clown show. If you look at business review sites its ALL filled with people talking about customer support being non existent. Im actively losing business because my site wont load on most devices. One screen says SSL Active and another says SSL Unavailable. The same shit telling me to wait 72 hours. Its been a week. This is beyond frustrating. Ive also done all the troubleshooting.

I had the same issue when trying to Connect my namecheap domain to Cloudflare (that's worked, now Cloudflare is my DNS manager), and things get tricky when connect the domain to Squarespace from Cloudflare.

I put all the DNS records suggested by Squarespace and waited for 72 hours, but SSL still not issued, then strange things happen when I tried to switch all the DNS records from DNS-only to Proxied status (it against the documentation I know), and it works, though the SSL status on Squarespace domain still unavailable, but I still access the Squarespace site with the new domain now, before the site prevent me from accessing

Hi everyone, thank you for posting here.

Squarespace includes free SSL certificates for all domains correctly pointing to a Squarespace site. If your site is hosted on a third-party platform, we recommend contacting your website host for information on adding SSL. See our guide for more information:

Understanding SSL certificates

If your site's SSL certificate hasn't processed 72 hours after your domain is fully connected, please contact our Customer Support team directly for troubleshooting help:

https://support.squarespace.com/hc/requests/new#choose-topic

If you have advanced SSL needs, you can connect CloudFlare. However, CloudFlare falls outside the scope of Customer Support. For help with setup or troubleshooting, we recommend visiting CloudFlare’s documentation or contacting their Support team.

To learn more, and for links to CloudFlare’s documentation, visit our guide:

Using Cloudflare with Squarespace

I hope this information helps!
