Appointment Type Uses Two (or multiple) of the Same Resource

We have a function room that has two tables and would like them to be booked either together or separately using two different appointment types (e.g. Appointment Type A is for up to 12 guests and only uses 1 table (resource of up to 2) and Appointment Type B is for up to 24 guests and uses 2 tables (resource of up to 2). Only two tables can be used at the same time (although by different appointments. Is this possible in Acuity?
