Site Auto Scaling issue

Hey all

So I just launched my site www.emctalent.com and it all looked ready to go and perfect on my screen. But I have had some feedback from staff that the text first on the home page was broken, I got to the bottom of it and see it depends on the browser size and how it displays. I think all the header text in general on each page is broken. Of course, this is not ideal as people will see our relaunched page and think its amateur hour.

I have seen this as an issue for a few years now but can anyone help urgently, maybe with CSS code that might stop the text from changing sizes as the browser page scales? From what I can see I think it is just a header text

I just noticed it affects images as well

p.s if you see the old website with an arcade machine, that is the old site for some reason it keeps going back to it?

As an FYI I have tried so many different types of CSS code, most just shrink the text and make it look like not as intended
