Google Workspace Upgrade Problem

As it seems to be impossible to get any help or communication with Squarespace I throught I would write here. I got the free Google Workspace package when signing up with Squarespace back in 2020. I have been paying for 3 seats for around 187 euros a year.

I now need to upgrade as I need more space but also I deleted a seat so now only have 2 email domains instead of 3. The pricing has gone up since I signed up so I will be paying alot more and it will not let me chance the seats from 3 to 2 so it is trying to charge me 374 euros annually.

Also I have VAT on all of my billing with squarespace but it won't allow me to update this on the payment even if I wanted to upgrade as this is a business expense. I cannot change anything on Google's side as they send me back to Squarespace because I have to upgrade through Squarespace and not google.

Any advise would be greatly aprecciated as I am at 92% of capacity. My Gmail takes up alot of space because I deal with many images, brochures and templates with properties and hotels.
