Necessary Information to troubleshoot domain issues.

1. Domain address/URL  - www.valleyharvestgreens.com (not published)

2. Where is the domain hosted?  Squarespace? A  merged Google domain? Go Daddy etc? Squarespace purchased through google October 11, 2024

3. Where is your website hosted?  Squarespace

4. Is your Squarespace or third-party site active and published? not yet. I'm trying to do that! 

I've encountered an issue which is sending me in circles. My domain has been suspended and requires email verification - but the linked google workspace/gmail is not receiving emails for some reason and I can't figure it out. I've tried removing and resetting the MX/DNS settings following the prompts through squarespace and google admin console. No change. Can you possibly see what I'm doing wrong here?

*clicking Google workspace 'get started' sends me to "get a domain" or "go to domain list" - My domain is there, but says "action required", so I click on that, and it says I need to re-send verification email - but nothing is being received in the email/gmail inbox. I'm clearly missing something here. Can you help?

same thing has happened to me - going in circles trying to follow support for google workspace and squarespace - seems there is no actual support to contact to resolve this and I am essentially locked out of my google/gmail and also my domain. I hope you get an answer and can come back here to update.

3. Where is your website hosted?  This is now an important question due to Squarespace's purchase of Google Domains.         I used to use it for a website hosted on Bluehost, then Wix.   Now I am trying to use it for a Google Site, but I cannot get it to work.

4. Is your Squarespace or third-party site active and published?       The last site it was used for was my Wix site and no that site is no longer active

DNS Checker says my TXT records are not propagated, and I cannot work out why.

My domain/url is www.vacationrentaldestinationrelaxation.com.  My old url is www.relaxnjax.com. I purchased www.vacationdestinationrelaxation.com from Squarespace when I changed my website name.  Trying to update domain security as instructed from my website provider.  I am attaching screenshots with instructions from provider and what my DNS settings are to be changed to.  I'm trying to verify whether what I have what's required for Squarespace to make the changes.  I understand it takes 48-72 hours to propagate.  Just want to make sure that my settings are correct before I wait another 48-72 hours.  TIA for any help.

I'm getting the ssl certificates are unavailable message. My domain is a Squarespace domain for reference and I've attached some screenshots to see if it's anything I've done or if there's something I should do. Help is SUPER appreciated! :)

If it helps, I don't experience any issues connecting to the site at https://www.corrinearaujopsyche.com. The SSL has been live since Tuesday 29 October 2024 and the site is working normally for me.

That said, I encourage you to contact Squarespace Customer Support if you are still experiencing a technical issue. As this is a peer-to-peer forum where Squarespace users help other Squarespace users, we can't resolve technical issues. If you experience any difficulties contacting them, please follow the steps in how to contact Squarespace.

2. My domain was hosted on Google and was apparently purchased by Squarespace.

3. I do not have a website, I only used my domain for email.

4. I do not have a site.

My problem is that my Google Workspace account became suspended, taking away my email and calendar. I followed the instructions in the linked article, specifically the "If you don't have a Squarespace account" section as I did not have an account prior to this. After creating an account with the @mercurybound.com email address, I found that there were no domains on my account. I thus do not seem to be able to re-activate my Google Workspace account.

I have been emailing support but they have not provided a solution yet and the board here is making me feel hopeless that they ever will. Any ideas? Thank you.
