Bottom headers getting cut off - help!

Hello!

I've recently redesigned my website's heading - it looks great on the home page, but on every other page it's getting cut off. Help! Is this an issue that needs coding??

Use this to Website Tools > Custom CSS to fix problem

.Header-inner--bottom {
    padding-top: 19px !important;
    padding-bottom: 19px !important;
}
