Remove Subscription Popup

Hi Circle,

I have duplicated my clients site and redesigned, however a subscribe popup appears at the top of the page from the previous site and I have no idea how to remove it. No third party extensions are connected, there is no code inject in the footer, popup and announcement bar settings are set to disabled. I'm not sure where else to look to remove.

Add these code on Custom CSS panel in Website > Utilities > Website Tools > Custom CSS.
