sophie
I've scheduled some online classes with Squarespace Acuity Scheduling and connected GoogleMeet, however, when clients book the same class, they receive a different GoogleMeet link. Obviously, they will be in the same class, so should receive the same link. How can this be resolved? Link to comment

Have you created a Group Class to book multiple clients into one appointment? If you use video conferencing for group classes, Acuity should assign the same same virtual meeting code to all class attendees, once the first client books a spot in the class. Did this help? I spoke to support who were very good and it turns out they are all different links but lead to the same meeting/class. I guess this is better for security and prevents people passing links to others. Link to comment

They get different links but these apparently lead to the same meeting. Sounds strange, but I'll put faith into it. Edited July 3 by sophie Link to comment
