STEP-BY-STEP QUIZ FUNNEL

Hi, how can I add a quiz form where the prospect answers one question at a time until reaching the final form where they leave their contact information, like a funnel?

Squarespace forms aren't really designed for this kind of flow. It might be possible to hack something together with some CSS and JavaScript but it would be a project.

A better bet might be something like Google Forms. Then embed the form in your site in a code block.
