Kurt91
I made a business website (www.actacode.com) for myself. It's currently hosted via InfinityFree, and I bought the domain through Google Domains a couple months ago. Got everything set up, including a business email that's done via Gmail and ends in "@actacode.com" so it looks professional. It took a bit of work, and some trial and error to figure out how to get things functional, but I was able to successfully receive emails after getting everything put together. Today, I received a couple messages saying that my domain was fully transferred to Squarespace. Here's the issue, my business email no longer works. I'm assuming there's some sort of setting I need to change, but it looks as though I'm getting mixed information from the various guides on my Google account as well as Squarespace's website. I even got a family member to send a test email to both my personal email account as well as my business account, checking to see if it's actually broken or just slow, and confirmed that I'm not receiving email anymore on my business address. The timing couldn't be worse. I've only just started, and I was supposed to be contacted by somebody another family member recommended me to for them to become my first-ever client! Without a functional business email, I'm screwed over! Does anybody know how to get this fixed? I'd try contacting support via email, but seeing as my account is apparently locked as my @actacode.com one, I wouldn't be able to receive their reply with any possible solution seeing as my email itself isn't working! EDIT: I just tried sending a message from my personal email to my business one. It went through. Same with the forum registration emails for signing up to these forums. I swear, if this is a false alarm because the family member I asked misspelled my email or something, I'm going to tear my hair out. I've spent the entire day so far trying to troubleshoot this.
