Checkout Custom Form Troubleshoot

I enabled the Checkout Custom Form. However, after click on purchase button, the from pops up with no option to save and continue with purchase. So after you fill out the form information, there is no other option other than to "X" out of form, which brings you back to the previous product description page. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

It sounds like you may have enabled a Custom Product Form, not a Custom Checkout Form. This form should have a button in the bottom left corner but the form will be affected by your colour choices in Style Styles.

Please check your style tweaks to ensure the button colours are not the same as the background colour, otherwise users may not see it.

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help, I have created a custom form for my personalised product in the checkout section of the said product. The form does not have a submit buttom appearing and i cannot firgure out how to fix this. On a computer the form can be submitted by clicking enter (not ideal), but their is no way to submit the form and in turn purchase the product on a mobile device. Please help me! :)
