Is there a way to make the image above the embedded click-through-able?

Is it possible to put a PNG image over an object but still have the object underneath be usable?

For example, I have been having issues with a block I embedded from rsvpify. It is a form for guests to RSVP. I made an image that I would like to go around this embedded block, so I originally put the image below the embedded block. On desktop it was fine, the item stayed within the size of the block, but on mobile it extends far beyond the boundaries of the block. It also effects the spacing of the image below it and moves some of my other blocks around. From what I can tell, it seems to be an issue with rsvpify, and their only solution is to direct people to their site instead of using my squarespace site, which I am trying hard not to do.

I've found a workaround that I think may work - I changed the below image into a PNG with a transparent opening and put it over the embedded block. This fixes the aesthetic issues I was having, but now because there is an image over the RSVP form, it doesn't allow users to use the form underneath it.
