Ottocoffeeclub
Hey everyone. I have a website that offers single bags of coffee for sale as well as subscription. The subscriptions work well, except we are trying to figure out how to scale with that. Essentially, we have a customer who wants to up his subscription. We don't want him to have to set up a whole other subscription. So ideally we want there to be a quantity button on the subscription page. So he can bump up the quantity. We figured out (with chatgpt) how to add a quantity button to the subscription page. But we can't get the website to recognize it when it goes to checkout. So I could add quantity of three 5 lb bags, and it would only register and require payment for one 5 lb bag. Is there any way to work around this? Or should we just instruct him to start another/additional subscription to get the amount of coffee he needs? Hope this makes sense. Also - if anyone can think of a simpler way than how we have it set up, please let me know. We currently have a 1 bag a month or a 2 bag per month subscription. The variants on both subscriptions are 12 oz, 2 lb, and 5 lb. Thanks. Link to comment
