I cannot authenticate my domain

I have a wordpress site, hosted at Bluehost, but the domain is managed by Squarespace. I use Mail Poet, and it wants me to authenticate the domain. I have entered all of the required records, provided by Mail Poet, but it never authenticates any of the records. When I try to use the help page at Squarespace, it prompts me to log in (I am already logged in) and does not provide a place for to log in, again, it simply goes back to the help page, and asks me to log in. Does anyone have any advice for me?
