Pixelated images on desktop

Recommended Posts

Hi yall,

My client did a photoshoot recently and changed her website images, but some are pixelated on desktop (they are good on mobile)...

I know that photos can be pixelated if too small and bad quality, but they are more than 2500px with 3MB size. So this is clearly not the problem... Any ideas? I checked online but didn't find anything conclusive.

Sorry, I can't offer any explanation because the images aren't jagged or pixelated for me on desktop. When I view the page, the 2500px version is shown and is detailed.

How is that possible that on my screen and on my client's screen it is pixelated?

I don't know. It's difficult to troubleshoot something like that remotely. Two quick questions 🙂:

  1. Which browser are you using? Name, version and OS.
  2. What happens if you clear your browser's cache and then try again? Does it resolve the issue?
