IllinoisEagle Posted June 24 Posted June 24 My domains got transferred from Google Domains last week. Since then, I've lost access to google workspace, which I used to communicate with my writers, vendors, and advertisers, and my domain-linked email account. I've already tried working on the email through microsoft, who manages the email, but the problem with with the domain. I submitted a ticket on Friday, and haven't heard back. But I'm also at nearly a week without access to email or writer's stories. I run a non-profit newsroom. We've been at a standstill for a week now. What do I need to do to be able to function again? I'm good writer and editor, but I am out of my depth on domains. I NEED HELP!
Vimobe Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Have you check on your DNS setting? the MX record of your domain should be pointed to google workspace. perhaps you should try to check the DNS record again
SXR Posted June 26 Posted June 26 I'm new from Google domain as well! Squarespace expired my domain and for a faulty reason, they aren't able to process any payments for me to renew. Squarespace clearly was not properly prepared for this transition. I'M SOOO FRUSTRATED.
