Embedded players not showing up

I'm finding embedding audio to be really buggy - I've tried embedding players from Spotify, Bandcamp and Tidal and it's all the same. Some of the players just don't show up, though they show up while I'm edited the page and look like it's going to work. At one point I embedded a song from spotify, which I'd already had on the page embedded from Bandcamp, that wasn't showing up. When I added the spotify embed, it didn't show up, but the bandcamp one that hadn't previously been working DID! Any clues as to how to make these work?!
