JakeDeppeler Posted June 19 Posted June 19 Currently just trying to find the best way to link the shipping to a Aus post or something like that. Just trying to figure out what the best way would be to automate the process and also either add a calculator to the products page as a product could weight a few grams to a 100+ kg all product will be shipping within Australia, maybe to New Zealand.
JakeDeppeler Posted June 23 Author Posted June 23 Hello, I've had issues trying to set up shipping within Australia, the shipping calculator and the best shipping platform to ship through. HELP
paul2009 Posted June 23 Posted June 23 There are extensions that can help you to arrange the shipping after a purchase but there isn't a way to automatically calculate shipping costs at the checkout for customers. You'll need to calculate the shipping options and costs manually, and then add these to Squarespace as options for customers to select. See Choosing the right shipping options. Did this help? JakeDeppeler Posted June 24 Author Posted June 24 Yea, Ive seen a lot of people ask similar questions, Just doesn't make sense why they wouldn't fix this or come up with a solution as if someone buys the a product that's weighs 10kg and one is going 50km and one is going 5000km away would it not want to charge the same rate?

You can include different shipping rates based on states or postcodes. See Creating shipping zones for more details. This post was created in June 2024.
