Multilingual header button different link

We have set up multilingual on this site: https://www.thefalconhotel.dk/ with custom code.

But we want the link on the header button named "Book hotel" to have different link on each language. I have tried with some custom code but without success. 

Also in footer we have newsletter block. Can we on each language change the text in Form Field here? Fx change "navn" to "name" but only in this section/block.

@jacobtdb Hi! We can target the URL (for example, if the URL contains 'en', then apply a certain script). It will require a fair amount of custom scripting to change the button link and form field placeholder, but it is achievable.
