v 7.1 Site; Where are [Instagram] Blocks?

I converted my site to V 7.1

I wanted to create a regular page and add an Instagram Block to pull in my IG posts. My old site used a Blog post but understand that this may not be optimal.

I don't see blocks now. Is there a different way to add this social platform to my SS website and 7.1?

Look at on top left of section, you will see Add Block
