Trying to "hyperlink" directly to a contact form from menu button and other elements.

Hey all! 

I'm trying to put a "Contact Us" button on my site header which would immediately open a contact form.  Currently I'm working around this by placing a button on the header which links to my Contact page, where the user can then click and open the contact form... But I'm trying to skip this middle step and allow them to open the contact form directly from the site header.   

Also on the Contact page, I have my email listed as a regular text element.  Is it possible to make this text clickable and have it point directly to the contact form?  (I'm not sure if this would technically be a "hyperlink" since I'm not explicitly linking to a page, just the contact form -- Noob here 🫣🙋‍♂️.  If its simply a hyperlink, where can I can the URL to the contact form itself?)
