AarronAnderson Posted June 18 Posted June 18 I am experiencing a significant issue with my domain management on Squarespace. Recently, Squarespace acquired Google Domains, and I transferred all my domains over. I currently have three domains confirmed as transferred to Squarespace. However, I am unable to manage them within Squarespace. When I log into Squarespace, I go to "Dashboard" and then "Domains." Despite the transfers being confirmed weeks or even months ago, it shows that I have no domains. This issue persists when I try to manage my domains by clicking on "Get a Domain" and then "Manage Domains"—it still indicates that I have no domains and I can't access this part of my account. My website has been down for almost a week and a half because I can't access and manage these domains. This disruption is seriously affecting my business. The domains in question are: 1. aarronanderson.com 2. aarronandersonphotography.com 3. aarronphotography.com According to a WHOIS lookup, these domains are registered under Squarespace. However, they are not accessible in any capacity within my Squarespace account. Specifically: - The domain aaronanderson.com missed its renewal by a month, but I am fully prepared and capable of paying to renew it. - The other two domains, aaronandersonphotography.com and aarronphotography.com, are fully paid for the rest of the year. I have already emailed Squarespace Support with these details, but I have not received a solution. It's been almost four days since I submitted my support ticket, and the only response I've received is an acknowledgment of the ticket. This is urgent. My website, where I manage my bookings, is completely inaccessible until these domains are reactivated. Please address this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
