Remove Jotform

Hi all,

I have a plugin from Jotform on my site. I want to remove it. However, I can't find where the javascript is located that calls to Jotform is? I've checked the code block on my home page, the code injection panel, and every sub-page 'advanced' panel under the home page and can't find it.

Since its a web app there has to be a call from my site to some URI within the Jotform domain, but I can't find where it is. Looked at dev tools but still not able to identify where that code is to try to remove it.

It's an iframe, located in the Code Block just below the Button Block (highlighted below in green):

Hi, apologies for taking so long to respond! This site didn't send me a notification of a response until today (July 2). I found a code block that had a call to Jotform in it where you indicated (thank you) and I deleted. it. However, the popup didn't go away. Still there. 😕😕

It appears you may have installed the code more than once.

There is a code block in the Home Page Content (Clear, Practical, Solutions in Action!) page. Remove it as well.

Let us know how it goes.
