Human support for DNS records

Hello everyone, first time user of squarespace or building a web page. I own my domain through WordPress and attempted to connect to Squarespace but have DNS errors, "No Record Found" and other messages highlighted red. 72 hours has passed. Is there an actual human you can talk to and walk you through making sure all DNS records are set up correctly? Much thanks to anyone willing to help a rookie.
