Bulleted list no longer working

On my site, I use an accordian for my resume, and each item used to be in a bulleted list. Recently, without my having done anything, most of the bullets have disappeared. I used to be able to insert them with a "- ", but now that does not work, and the list button doesn't appear in this style of text. I don't understand why squarespace would change it without asking, but I'd like to fix it if anyone has a solution!

Try using * instead
