DaveCash Posted June 17 Posted June 17 I just renewed one of my domains that was recently transitioned from google to squarespace. After I updated my credit card information and purchased the renewal for the domain, I went to my url (davecash.net) and noticed my domain is being redirected to someone else's website. Does it take time to propagate? Or was my domain hijacked within a twenty four hour period? I'm hoping I didn't update all my information and pay for somebody else to take my domain away from me. Also is there no phone contact for square space?
derricksrandomviews Posted June 17 Posted June 17 (edited) Your domain is working but being diverted to an Amazon site, can you not log on to your domain from your Squarespace account? If not, something is certainly wrong. I had this warning show on my browser: This server could not prove that it is davecash.net; its security certificate is from 250x4k.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. 250x4k.com diverts to the same Amazon site owned by a New Zealand entity. Edited June 17 by derricksrandomviews
