Billing issue after domain migration, now DNS doesn't work

I've got a ticket open with support, but in the meantime my website is still down.

I was auto-migrated from Google Domains and wasn't keeping track of the updates (sent to an old email). Part of it was that the payment info wasn't migrated... or at least for one domain it wasn't— I still need to check the others. So I found out that the payment lapsed when I got a message that my site was inaccessible, and I instantly came to squarespace to pay my new overlord.

Except... the domain still isn't working. I double checked and reset my DNS entries just in case, but that didn't change anything.

Anyone have ideas about what I should I do?
