Periodic Table Website

I have a website that runs locally designed years ago in IIS with PHP and JS files.
It's a Periodic Table where you can click on each element, and it will display a popup of that element.
The Periodic Table is already image mapped and works locally.
I create a test domain in SS to test it before I port it to production.
Not sure where to upload the code in SS.

There looks like several methods to achieve this.
I like to leverage my existing code

Not sure how your codes work. If you build it with JS, you can try using the code block to add to Squarespace site.

Hope it makes sense
