I can't add new record to DNS.

 Please help me, I tried to log out and log in again but it doesn't work.

I tried to contact Squarespace support by e-mail and many other means, but they do not respond. No live chat, no responses on Facebook or Instagram, just plain awful, low quality service. 

I am trying to add some DNS records, but it just doesn't go through!!! Please, does anyone have any idea of why it doesn't work?

We can't help without the pertinent info like the domain name and what the Cname records are for. If you don't want to publish them here, unfortunately, our hands are tied. The best I can do is hope this thread helps:
