how to create a bookmark using summaries?

I'm trying to develop a content grid for lectures, I hired universal filter to filter the content, is there any way to favorite the content? 
I haven't developed the page yet, is there a plugin that does this? 

Let's suppose I have 50 lectures on different topics, and I want the person to be able to bookmark and filter through them, or at least add them to their favorites.
