World wide Zone 1 Shipping Categories

Could you please explain which countries on square space make up each of these categories for the below worldwide shipping as I need to manually input these for my shipping rule? 

 

This is how they are displayed on the Royal Mail website. However, when you try to select these categories, they are not available as shown below. So, I guess I need to select the countries that each area covers.

South America, 

the Far East, 

South East Asia
