Replacing PDF Files in links

NEED TO DELETE AND REPLACE (UPLOAD) NEW PDF FILE IN A LINKED WORD.
I have uploaded many pdfs and linked them to words on various website pages.  I need to replace or update some the them. 

PROBLEM:
However, when I attempt to highlight the link words and click "Edit" all the names of the files are so short I cannot ascertain which is the correct file. 

THINGS I'VE TRIED:
1) I type part of the name I am looking for in the "find" but it doesn't find it (I don't think all my files are even being displayed as the list is short too). 

2) So I scroll to try to find the box that is checked so I can uncheck it and delete it so I can upload a new one. Can't find any box checked...

When did the file names window get so short/skinny/narrow that you can't see the entire or at least most of the file names?  I am stuck.

Can anyone help me?  I attached a screenshot of how small the window is to view the file names.

I read a thread back in 2019 that the customer center was working on something.  (?)

You can try the classic Link editor, which can be accessed in Markdown block or Gallery slide clickthrough URL editor, it has the popup with Link section with wider width

You are amazing!  That is the way it used to look!  That is the one I want. 

I don't know why it has changed on my pages, I don't think I have changed anything (?).

Could you be a little more specific about how I can get that classic link back on my pages?  Is that what you meant?

Squarespace rolled out the new Link Editor UI on text links and page links, that is why you are seeing the new Link editor

But for some places, such as clickthrough URL or markdown block, you still can access the Classic (old) Link Editor, I suggested you use those places as gateway to access the Classic Link Editor in order to manage and copy the links for those files, let's check the video for the Classic Link editor access
