Squarespace Cannot Verify Ownership with Whois Domain

I'm having trouble connecting my Squarespace site to a domain I registered through Whois.com - www.ph-firm.com. I've added all the required items through the DNS manager, but Squarespace cannot find the record. I've tried the TXT record method. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting. Nothing has worked on the Squarespace side. 

I've also checked dnschecker.org, and no A or CNAME records appear. 

I've been trying to get this fixed for weeks. Please give me some leads! Thanks for all your help.
