Custom CSS - Simple H4 Styling Question

Why is my custom css no longer working?

 #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1718055211062_14438 h4 {
    text-transform: none !important;
}
 

I just want to remove the All Caps from the H4 in this one block?

I can not find your code on my dev tool

Can you show me where you are putting your above code? 

When I tried putting your code on my end, it worked properly. here is my trial

I am putting here with the rest of my custom CSS (line 87)...and it isn't working...
