It keeps prompting me to connect a bank account so I can receive the payout- but no matter which page I try to click the connect bank link, it just gives me a No Go icon and nothing loads. Obviously I need to be able to transfer money out of this site or it is useless.... Any ideas as to why I can't click "Connect Bank"? Everything else is ready to go. It it literally a button issue? I've tried different browsers, private mode.. etc. Thanks! Link to comment

If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to contact Squarespace Customer Support via their live interactive chat service to resolve this issue. They can usually resolve issues right there and then. If you experience any difficulties contacting them, please follow the steps in my guide, how to contact Squarespace. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️ Oddly enough, after posting this- I found a few others before me had posted about this exact issue. My solution was found in their thread. Turns out you need to connect the bank account via the original owner of the website ( I had been attempting from a "new" owner). Link to comment
