Permission needed to add custom CSS

Hi, I have to give someone access to my site to help me with CSS and add a sources page. Which access level do I need to give them?

I wrote sources page but I meant to write courses page.

they wont have access to any of my clients personal information like credit card info? I'm paranoid about getting scammed.
