Building a niche marketplace

I'm wondering if the following can be accomplished on squarespace or if I need additional plugins, extensions or integrations.

I want to build a marketplace for "influencers" and businesses where businesses can offer compensation to run an ad campaign and the influencers have the option to choose which ad campaigns they will execute on behalf of the businesses. Both influencers and businesses need to have the ability to login and be directed to separate home pages. The influencer's home page will display the ad campaigns that are available to them. The business' home page will allow them to build ad campaigns (description, compensation, etc) that will then be passed along to the influencer's home page. Once an influencer accepts an ad campaign to execute, that campaign will no longer be shown on the influencer's home page.

Inside each influencer's customer portal, they should be able to indicate their progress on executing the ad campaign. Inside each business' customer portal, they should be able to see the progress on each ad campaign.
