Carousel horizontal scroll with adjacent sides on Mobile

I need help with a carousel section on my site. I want the mobile version to look the same as the desktop version; horizontal scroll, showing adjacent slides, no arrows at the bottom. Right now for mobile, there is one visible slide with arrows at the bottom to scroll. I would like to remove the arrows, but then people won't know to scroll through the carousel. See screenshot for mobile.

Can you please help me fix this?
