Why does my custom font on another browser (such as Safari) look off?

Hi everyone,

I am having a weird issue with the text / font on my site when viewed on another browser. I have primarily been using Google Chrome, but wanted to test out how it looked on another browser, specifically Safari. 

For some reason, the font looks off. It looks much bolder on Safari. Also, it is cut off.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
