SKennick Posted June 5 Posted June 5 I spent several hours trying and retrying to update my DNS settings for my domain sent here from Google, only to keep getting an error saying to try again later or contact support. I contacted support, got no response even after 12 hours, only to come here and happen to find someone mentioning to use incognito to update the DNS settings. Sure, it worked, but that's ridiculous. I shouldn't have to stumble upon the solution in a forum, after hearing nothing from customer support.

SKennick Posted June 5 Author Posted June 5 That's fair, but for users with little technical or troubleshooting experience, I don't think that's an acceptable excuse. I hope this is high on someone's Jira board.
