Hover over image / text with overlay and animation

Hi All,

I am trying to add hover over animations to some of my image blocks but having no joy.
Using fluid engine has allowed me to use a text block over the top of image blocks but I want to add a hover over effects when the moused is over the image and also add a link to another page when clicked.

Is there an easy way to do this within fluid engine?
