Domain not connecting… should I transfer?

Hey all — non-technical user at my wits end here. I bought a domain off Domain.com (Newfold Digital) and have been trying to connect it to Squarespace for a couple weeks now. It has never connected properly, either via CNAME or TXT methods, and the site not resolving properly is now compromising my email deliverability (due to NSlookup errors). I’ve had third-party IT verify that my DNS inputs were correct so I believe it’s some issue on the Squarespace side.

At this point I see my options as either 1) transfer the domain to Squarespace and hope that resolves it, 2) transfer to GoDaddy or somebody else with a simpler SQSP integration, or 3) find a different CMS that will work with Domain.com, which would require rebuilding all my content. Anybody gone through this or have any advice? I can’t have non functional email too much longer.
