Domain transfer delay

Three days ago I requested for Squarespace to transfer my existing domain name to now be hosted by Squarespace. 

I entered correct auth code and my current registrar has approved it and says it is now awaiting Squarespace. The domain record now says "pending transfer"

Have tried emailing Squarespace 3 times about it with no response.

Anything else I can do?

There is NO REASON for the delay. When it was Google Domains the transfer was done in less than 15 minutes. SquareSpace does this purposefully.

Do what I have done. Contact ICANN, this is a violation of policy
